WARRANTY PERIOD<\/strong><\/p>\n

In Lithuania, the legislation in force provides for a 24-month warranty period for all goods, but manufacturers may provide a shorter or longer period in certain cases (e.g. batteries). In this case, the manufacturer's warranty period applies.<\/p>\n

If your product breaks down during the warranty period, our service centres will repair it free of charge - you just need to present the purchase document or a completed warranty card (this is required if the purchase document - a receipt, invoice or leasing contract - does not specify the exact model of the product). Warranty cards come in the packaging with the purchased product.<\/p>\n

You will receive the purchase document (cashier's check, invoice or leasing contract) with your purchase, or by email when we receive your payment for your purchase.<\/p>\n

Please note that manufacturers do not provide warranties for naturally wearing parts (e.g. batteries).<\/p>\n

If the Authorised Service Centre determines that your product has been irreparably damaged during the warranty period due to the fault of the manufacturer (faulty product), you will receive a certificate from the Authorised Service Centre, which you will be able to request from the Authorised Service Centre and, if you present it in the store together with your purchase document or the completed warranty card, you will be entitled to request the replacement of the faulty product with another one of the same type or the refund of the money you paid for the product.<\/p>\n

If an Authorised Service Centre determines that your product has been damaged during the warranty period due to the fault of the manufacturer (faulty product), but can be repaired, you have the right to choose whether to have the product repaired (free of charge), to have it replaced with an identical one, or to have the money paid refunded to you. If you choose the latter two options, you must provide us with a certificate from the authorised service centre stating that the fault is a warranty fault, together with your purchase document or a completed warranty card. If you decide to have the product repaired, please tell the Authorised Service Centre technician who is servicing you.<\/p>\n

However, in any case, you can contact UAB \"Burbuliukas ir Co\" directly and we will provide you with all the necessary information and\/or assistance to repair the faulty product.<\/p>\n

RETURN OF QUALITY GOODS<\/strong><\/p>\n

You have the right to withdraw from the goods within fourteen days, without giving any reason, but paying the delivery costs yourself. This right does not apply to the following exceptions:<\/p>\n

1) service contracts;<\/p>\n

(2) contracts for goods made to the buyer's special specifications, which are not pre-manufactured and which are made in accordance with the buyer's personal choice or direction, or for goods which are expressly tailored to the buyer's personal requirements;<\/p>\n

3) contracts for perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;<\/p>\n

4) contracts for packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;<\/p>\n

5) contracts for goods which, after delivery, by their nature are indistinguishable from other goods;<\/p>\n

6) for contracts concluded after the buyer has made a specific request to us for a specialist to come to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance work.<\/p>\n

7) contracts for packaged video or sound recordings or packaged software that have been unpacked after delivery;<\/p>\n

8) contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, other than contracts for the subscription of such publications;<\/p>\n

9) contracts for the provision of digital content.<\/p>\n

Some of the contracts listed above have a withdrawal period of 14 days:<\/p>\n

(1) in the case of a contract for services, from the date of conclusion of the contract;<\/p>\n

2) in the case of a contract for the sale of goods, from the date on which you or a person other than the carrier specified by you receives the goods ordered, or:<\/p>\n

(a) if you have ordered more than one item in a single order and the items are delivered separately, from the date on which you or a person you have nominated, other than the carrier, receives the last item;<\/p>\n

(b) if the goods are delivered in different batches or instalments, from the date on which you or a person you nominate, other than the carrier, receives the last batch or instalment.<\/p>\n

If you decide to withdraw, you must either submit a duly completed model withdrawal form or a clear statement (by email, fax) setting out your decision to withdraw from the product.<\/p>\n

No later than 14 days from the date of your notification of withdrawal and the return of the goods to us, we will refund you all sums you have paid, including any delivery costs you have paid in connection with the purchase of the goods. We will make such refund using the same payment method as you used for the original payment transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method, in which case you will not be liable to pay any charges in respect of such refund.<\/p>\n

Please note that:<\/p>\n

1) We will not refund any additional costs incurred because you have expressly chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest normal delivery method offered by us;<\/p>\n

2) You are liable for any diminution in the value of the goods caused by actions not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
