By chance, I came across a review by T. Laucevic "Why drink ionised alkaline water?". I also found a book by the same author, "Ionised water, a disease-free life", in a bookshop. As the Bubbles shop is in the area I manage, I also received information from the shop's consultants during my visit. The information I received was, so to speak, very "hooked", so I decided to save some money and buy that water ioniser. There was an indescribable inner hope about the good effects of ionised water on the body. After all, there is an old saying, what you believe in helps.

Of course, I imagined the effects after a few months. But, to my utter surprise, the effects of ionised water were felt after the first glass and on the same day. As if on cue, I had a very bad headache, so I drank the alkaline water and within 15 minutes, maybe even faster, the headache suddenly disappeared. It was so easy, so good. This is the first effect that has astonished me immensely. I have been using ionised water since 2012, which is probably why the fatigue has disappeared. Now I feel energetic and my joints no longer ache. I use ionised water not only for refreshment, but also for tea and coffee. Soups cooked with this water are also much tastier. Freshly squeezed juices are sometimes thick, so I dilute them a little with ionised water, which is also tastier.

And ionised water is much tastier than plain water, and I can drink the two litres without any difficulty, and even more in the summer heat. I take ionised water with me to work.

I use the ionised acidic one on my legs in a massage bath, and it makes my legs feel extra soft. I also use the acidic water to rinse my nose when others start to runny. Now only for prevention. I can't remember when I had a cold.

I have also bought an air ioniser. Maybe the ionised air makes you sleep better and stops you getting respiratory diseases. The air in the house is cleaner and fresher.

I am extremely grateful for ionised water and ionised air.

Just be a bubble and don't get lost,

With your great freshness

Always morning and evening

I also had problems with my eyes, diagnosed with cataracts. I used to have black dots "floating" in my eyes, but now I don't see them anymore. I no longer take medication for stomach acidity, as I used to take it often.

I was one of the first to buy a 3l ioniser when it became available. Along with the ioniser, I also bought the book "Ionised Water. Living disease-free". After reading it, I realised that I was not wrong to buy it. Perhaps everyone should read it, and then there would be fewer sick and unhappy people.

I am very happy to have it. We drink alkaline water as a family - every day. We all know that we should drink about 2 litres of water, maybe a little less for children, depending on our body weight.

And drinking alkaline water replenishes the body with minerals and trace elements, plus it alkalinises it. Because every day our body is acidified by food, and if we do not acidify it, we accumulate acidic waste, which gradually leads to all kinds of diseases.

We don't always manage to drink the same amount of water, but it's always on hand. My son has also been used to drinking alkaline water from the start and he doesn't drink any other kind.

I always use acidic water too. First, I use it to clean my face every morning instead of lotion at night. In the kitchen, I wipe all the worktops with it. It is a wonderful disinfectant that costs nothing and does not harm anyone.

Drinking alkaline water will keep our bodies healthy, our skin glowing and ourselves healthy and happy.[/fusion_toggle][/fusion_accordion][/fusion_separator style_type="single solid" top_margin="20″ bottom_margin="0″ bottom_margin="0″ sep_color="" border_size="" icon="" icon_circle="" icon_circle_color="" width="" alignment="center" class="" id="" /][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container][/fusion_builder_container][/fusion_builder_container background_color="" background_image="" background_parallax="none" enable_mobile="no" parallax_speed="0.3″ background_repeat="no-repeat" background_position="left top" video_url="" video_aspect_ratio="16:9″ video_webm="" video_mp4="" video_ogv="" video_preview_image="" overlay_color="" video_mute="yes" video_loop="yes" video_loop="yes" fade="no" border_size="0px" border_color="" border_style="solid" padding_top="0″ padding_bottom="0″ padding_left="0″ padding_right="0″ padding_right="0″ hundred_percent="no" repeat" background_position="left top" hover_type="none" link="" border_position="all" border_size="0px" border_color="" border_style="" padding_top="" padding_right="" padding_bottom="" padding_left="" margin_top="" margin_bottom="" animation_type="" animation_direction="" animation_speed="0.1″ animation_offset="" class="" id="" min_height=""][fusion_imageframe lightbox="no" gallery_id="" lightbox_image="" style_type="none" hover_type="none" bordercolor="" bordersize="0px" borderradius="130px" stylecolor="" align="none" link="" linktarget="_self" animation_type="0″ animation_direction="down" animation_speed="0.1″ animation_offset="" hide_on_mobile="no" class="no" id=""] [/fusion_imageframe][fusion_text]

I have been using ionized water for many years. My blood pressure returned to normal. Although I am old enough, I still feel youthful. I am 72 years old, but I run like a chick. My energy can be envied by young people. I don’t take any medications. Drink ionized water and exceed your biological age!

I have been using a water ioniser for 3 years. I am convinced that alkaline water improves the condition of the body. I often sip this water, in summer I take it to the seaside, and now I make tea and coffee - I cannot imagine my day without ionised water. I often use acidic water too. I rinse my mouth and throat with it, especially in autumn and winter when viruses attack, and that helps. I clean a lot of things in the kitchen with acidic water, wash vegetables, rinse jars before canning. I am very happy to have a water ioniser.

I am delighted and recommend it to others. By the way, I calculated how much money I used to spend on plastic bottled water, and I would have bought three of them over the years.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to have such a special water![/fusion_toggle][/fusion_accordion][/fusion_separator style_type="single solid" top_margin="20″ bottom_margin="0″ bottom_margin="0″ sep_color="" border_size="" icon="" icon_circle="" icon_circle_color="" width="" alignment="center" class="" id="" /][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container][/fusion_builder_container][/fusion_builder_container background_color="" background_image="" background_parallax="none" enable_mobile="no" parallax_speed="0.3″ background_repeat="no-repeat" background_position="left top" video_url="" video_aspect_ratio="16:9″ video_webm="" video_mp4="" video_ogv="" video_preview_image="" overlay_color="" video_mute="yes" video_loop="yes" video_loop="yes" fade="no" border_size="0px" border_color="" border_style="solid" padding_top="0″ padding_bottom="0″ padding_left="0″ padding_right="0″ padding_right="0″ hundred_percent="no" repeat" background_position="left top" hover_type="none" link="" border_position="all" border_size="0px" border_color="" border_style="" padding_top="" padding_right="" padding_bottom="" padding_left="" margin_top="" margin_bottom="" animation_type="" animation_direction="" animation_speed="0.1″ animation_offset="" class="" id="" min_height=""][fusion_imageframe lightbox="no" gallery_id="" lightbox_image="" style_type="none" hover_type="none" bordercolor="" bordersize="0px" borderradius="130px" stylecolor="" align="none" link="" linktarget="_self" animation_type="0″ animation_direction="down" animation_speed="0.1″ animation_offset="" hide_on_mobile="no" class="no" id=""] [/fusion_imageframe][fusion_text]

We bought an air ioniser a year ago. My mother was very reluctant to buy it, but is now very happy, as she used to suffer from insomnia and take sleeping pills every day. She has not needed a single tablet in a year of using the air ioniser. Her asthma symptoms have also been relieved. I also had respiratory problems due to a fractured septum, a stuffy nose, and now I breathe easily at home. Now we are very happy with clean, fresh, fresh, light air at home.[/fusion_toggle][/fusion_accordion][/fusion_separator style_type="single solid" top_margin="20″ bottom_margin="0″ sep_color="" border_size="" icon="" icon_circle="" icon_circle_color="" width="" alignment="center" class="" id="" /][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container][/fusion_builder_container][/fusion_builder_container background_color="" background_image="" background_parallax="none" enable_mobile="no" parallax_speed="0.3″ background_repeat="no-repeat" background_position="left top" video_url="" video_aspect_ratio="16:9″ video_webm="" video_mp4="" video_ogv="" video_preview_image="" overlay_color="" video_mute="yes" video_loop="yes" video_loop="yes" fade="no" border_size="0px" border_color="" border_style="solid" padding_top="0″ padding_bottom="0″ padding_left="0″ padding_right="0″ padding_right="0″ hundred_percent="no" repeat" background_position="left top" hover_type="none" link="" border_position="all" border_size="0px" border_color="" border_style="" padding_top="" padding_right="" padding_bottom="" padding_left="" margin_top="" margin_bottom="" animation_type="" animation_direction="" animation_speed="0.1″ animation_offset="" class="" id="" min_height=""][fusion_imageframe lightbox="no" gallery_id="" lightbox_image="" style_type="none" hover_type="none" bordercolor="" bordersize="0px" borderradius="130px" stylecolor="" align="none" link="" linktarget="_self" animation_type="0″ animation_direction="down" animation_speed="0.1″ animation_offset="" hide_on_mobile="no" class="no" id=""] [/fusion_imageframe][fusion_text]

My mother has gout. Many of us know how painful this disease is because of the high acidity of the body. My mother had to take medication all the time. I used to make her water with a pH of 9.2 and she drank 1.5 litres of it a day. After a year and a half, she has improved considerably and no longer needs to take medication at all.

Those who like to drink a lot of spirits should drink alkaline water - the hangover syndrome will be much easier.

I recommend everyone to buy a water ioniser and stay healthy![/fusion_toggle][/fusion_accordion][/fusion_separator style_type="single solid" top_margin="20″ bottom_margin="0″ sep_color="" border_size="" icon="" icon_circle="" icon_circle_color="" width="" alignment="center" class="" id="" /][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container][/fusion_builder_container][/fusion_builder_container background_color="" background_image="" background_parallax="none" enable_mobile="no" parallax_speed="0.3″ background_repeat="no-repeat" background_position="left top" video_url="" video_aspect_ratio="16:9″ video_webm="" video_mp4="" video_ogv="" video_preview_image="" overlay_color="" video_mute="yes" video_loop="yes" video_loop="yes" fade="no" border_size="0px" border_color="" border_style="solid" padding_top="0″ padding_bottom="0″ padding_left="0″ padding_right="0″ padding_right="0″ hundred_percent="no" repeat" background_position="left top" hover_type="none" link="" border_position="all" border_size="0px" border_color="" border_style="" padding_top="" padding_right="" padding_bottom="" padding_left="" margin_top="" margin_bottom="" animation_type="" animation_direction="" animation_speed="0.1″ animation_offset="" class="" id="" min_height=""][fusion_imageframe lightbox="no" gallery_id="" lightbox_image="" style_type="none" hover_type="none" bordercolor="" bordersize="0px" borderradius="130px" stylecolor="" align="none" link="" linktarget="_self" animation_type="0″ animation_direction="down" animation_speed="0.1″ animation_offset="" hide_on_mobile="no" class="no" id=""] [/fusion_imageframe][fusion_text]

It would suit me, too, as I often suffer from heartburn. I bought it and I was not disappointed. Alkaline water saves me money that I used to pay for medicines. I have to do welding work. Sparks cause burn wounds, and disinfecting with acid water makes the wounds heal much better. The ionised water was extremely easy to drink, and even the sweet taste gave a pleasant refreshing sensation during the fast. It was even strange to feel that the water tasted completely different. At that time, I used to make herbal infusions only with alkaline water. After the fast, when I started to eat light food, I noticed that some of the lingering symptoms disappeared: the taste of acid in my mouth, heartburn, bloating. I am also very happy about that. This shows that the quality of life depends on our own interest and abundance of information. Let us try, let us not be afraid to experiment, let us change our attitudes, let us not listen to other people's disregard for novelty, and we will be healthy in both body and soul.[/fusion_toggle][/fusion_accordion][/fusion_separator style_type="single solid" top_margin="20″ bottom_margin="0″ bottom_margin="0″ sep_color="" border_size="" icon="" icon_circle="" icon_circle_color="" width="" alignment="center" class="" id="" /][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container][/fusion_builder_container][/fusion_builder_container background_color="" background_image="" background_parallax="none" enable_mobile="no" parallax_speed="0.3″ background_repeat="no-repeat" background_position="left top" video_url="" video_aspect_ratio="16:9″ video_webm="" video_mp4="" video_ogv="" video_preview_image="" overlay_color="" video_mute="yes" video_loop="yes" video_loop="yes" fade="no" border_size="0px" border_color="" border_style="solid" padding_top="0″ padding_bottom="0″ padding_left="0″ padding_right="0″ padding_right="0″ hundred_percent="no" repeat" background_position="left top" hover_type="none" link="" border_position="all" border_size="0px" border_color="" border_style="" padding_top="" padding_right="" padding_bottom="" padding_left="" margin_top="" margin_bottom="" animation_type="" animation_direction="" animation_speed="0.1″ animation_offset="" class="" id="" min_height=""][fusion_imageframe lightbox="no" gallery_id="" lightbox_image="" style_type="none" hover_type="none" bordercolor="" bordersize="0px" borderradius="130px" stylecolor="" align="none" link="" linktarget="_self" animation_type="0″ animation_direction="down" animation_speed="0.1″ animation_offset="" hide_on_mobile="no" class="no" id=""] [/fusion_imageframe][fusion_text]Marytė, housewife. There were also a lot of long-lived people walking the streets. I started to look for the cause, and sure enough, the Japanese invented the ioniser. I rushed to buy one too. I am satisfied. I drink alkaline water instead of wine - before every meal, in the evenings and most of it in the mornings. I also make my coffee, tea and soups only in this water. It is also nice for washing my face and for shampooing my hair. All my flowers love it too - no fertiliser needed.

I don't spill acidic water down the sink either - I use it morning and night for mouthwash, which has reduced gingivitis. I also wash my feet with it - it keeps them dry, sweat-free and reduces skin problems. When I have more acidic water, I soak dirty white laundry in it - no bleach needed. And for cleaning toilets and baths, acidic water is also very good."[/fusion_toggle][/fusion_accordion][/fusion_separator style_type="single solid" top_margin="20″ bottom_margin="0″ sep_color="" border_size="" icon="" icon_circle="" icon_circle_color="" width="" alignment="centre" class="" id="" /][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container][/fusion_builder_container][/fusion_builder_container background_color="" background_image="" background_parallax="none" enable_mobile="no" parallax_speed="0.3″ background_repeat="no-repeat" background_position="left top" video_url="" video_aspect_ratio="16:9″ video_webm="" video_mp4="" video_ogv="" video_preview_image="" overlay_color="" video_mute="yes" video_loop="yes" video_loop="yes" fade="no" border_size="0px" border_color="" border_style="solid" padding_top="0″ padding_bottom="0″ padding_left="0″ padding_right="0″ padding_right="0″ hundred_percent="no" repeat" background_position="left top" hover_type="none" link="" border_position="all" border_size="0px" border_color="" border_style="" padding_top="" padding_right="" padding_bottom="" padding_left="" margin_top="" margin_bottom="" animation_type="" animation_direction="" animation_speed="0.1″ animation_offset="" class="" id="" min_height=""][fusion_imageframe lightbox="no" gallery_id="" lightbox_image="" style_type="none" hover_type="none" bordercolor="" bordersize="0px" borderradius="130px" stylecolor="" align="none" link="" linktarget="_self" animation_type="0″ animation_direction="down" animation_speed="0.1″ animation_offset="" hide_on_mobile="no" class="no" id=""] [/fusion_imageframe][fusion_text]Irena Kairienė, Šiauliai[/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][fusion_builder_column type="3_4″ layout="3_4″ last="yes" spacing="yes" center_content="no" hide_on_mobile="no" background_color="" background_image="" background_repeat="no-repeat" background_position="left top" hover_type="none" link="" border_position="all" border_size="0px" border_color="" border_style="" padding_top="" padding_top="" padding_right="" padding_bottom="" padding_left="" margin_top="" margin_bottom="" animation_type="" animation_direction="" animation_speed="0.1″ animation_offset="" class="" id="" min_height=""][fusion_separator style_type="none" top_margin="0″ bottom_margin="30″ sep_color="" border_size="" icon="" icon_circle="" icon_circle_color="" width="" alignment="center" class="" id="" /][fusion_accordion divider_line="no" class="" id=""][fusion_toggle title="I've been using bubble for 2 years. I have been using the ioniser for 2 years now. I am very happy with this product. It's good for women after menopause as their blood is very acidic at that time. Alkaline water cleanses the blood, feeds it, and eliminates menopausal syndromes such as sweating, headaches, and so on. It is good to drink it 2 hours after a meal, "for the night" so you no longer feel hungry. You can make soups, tea with it. Alkaline water reduces bad acid in the stomach, washes out toxins from the body, cleanses the liver, reduces the risk of cancer.

I have been using ionized water for two years. My heartburn was gone quickly when I drank alkaline water. I no longer need to take the medication I have been drinking for many years. I often had inflammation of the pharynx (pharyngitis). Rinsing the throat with fresh acidic water rarely and slightly causes me a sore throat. In addition, there are no bleeding gums, much less tartar formation. When an acute runny nose starts, I rinse my nose with acidic water several times and it usually goes away.
