    Implementation of the e-commerce model in UAB Burbuliukas ir Co

    In order to continuously improve and compete successfully on the market, UAB Burbuliukas ir Co. is implementing the project "Implementation of UAB Burbuliukas ir Co. eCommerce model" from February 2022 to February 2023 (13.1.1-LVPA-K-860-01-0736) under the Priority 13 of the Operational Programme for Investment of European Union Funds 2014-2020 "Promoting actions to tackle the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and preparing for an environmentally friendly, digital and sustainable economic recovery" Measure No.13.1.1-LVPA-K-860 "E-commerce model for COVID-19".

    The main objective of the project is to encourage Burbuliukas ir co UAB to manage and execute business transactions electronically by implementing customer self-service solutions on the e-commerce platform.After the implementation of the project, the customer will have the opportunity to create his/her own account on the e-shop, where he/she will be able to see the history of orders, payments and outstanding amounts. The customer will be able to choose from a catalogue to organise their food menu and add it to their basket. The customer will have the possibility to modify the order. Once the basket is complete, the payment will be made through the electronic banking system integrated in the system. The customer will also be able to see any discounts applied. The company will have an administrator role. They will be able to add, remove or edit existing users, modify orders placed and update the information in the system. The introduction of new customer self-service solutions and the integration of resource management systems into the e-commerce platform are expected to grow the customer base, resulting in an increase in the company's revenue and increasing its competitiveness in the market.

    The company will benefit from a grant of up to €22,890.00 and will invest up to €7,630.00 of its own funds to implement this decision.
