UAB BURBULIUKAS IR CO is a manufacturer of domestic water ionisers, which also operates a chain of FRESH POST healthy food restaurants. Read more

Given the prevailing trends in the water ioniser market, there is a need for a completely different design of water ioniser than the company has produced so far.

While designing this product, we aim to reduce pollution and increase the company's productivity and make the product more accessible to people of all ages or abilities.

Surveys conducted at Fresh Post healthy food restaurants have shown a clear trend preventing this chain from achieving even better results. The interferences were incompletely recyclable and inconvenient salad packaging with a plastic barrier and sauce cup; improper and psychologically repulsive beverage packaging; an inconvenient and unsustainable way to pick up more than one portion of salad.

A decision was made to renew the design and materiality of packaging, thus removing these interferences.

Project goal - Development and implementation of product design solutions to increase product attractiveness, demand, and company productivity.

Project performance indicators:

• Water ionizer design development and implementation work
• Salad packaging design development and implementation work
• Juice drink cup design development and implementation work
• The take-out packaging design development and implementation work

Expected project result - Design and prototyping of new water ioniser, salad packaging, beverage packaging, and take-out packaging.
